We’re super confident that you’ll always find the best price when you book directly with us. On the very rare occasion that you spot a cheaper price on another website within 24 hours of booking, just let us know and we’ll be happy to match it for you.

There are a few important things to note about our Price Promise:

• It’s valid for 24 hours from receipt of your accommodation booking. 
• The package you find on a third party site must be identical to the one on our site (same bedroom, arrival date, number of nights, number of guests, etc.), quoted in Pounds Sterling, and inclusive of all taxes.
• The rate must be publicly accessible without the need to sign in to any profile. Therefore, we’re unable to match prices that are only available through VIP, Genius, or other member exclusive accounts.

Price Promise applies to individual hotel accommodation bookings only. It does not apply to dining, activities, or other on site facilities, nor is it available for group bookings of more than six rooms. The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

If you have pre paid your reservation, any price match difference will be added as a credit to your room account. No cash refund will be given.

Absolutely. We welcome up to two small dogs per room. It’s £30 per night and includes a welcome pack to help your four-legged friend feel at home during their stay.

Yes. There’s free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Although our Wi-Fi is free for guests, it is only accessible for devices that can accept our terms and conditions on the Wi-Fi landing page in order to authenticate the device.

For your security and privacy, all devices connected to our guest Wi-Fi network are isolated from each other. This means that your device will not be able to see or communicate with other devices on the same network.

Yes, we have two charging stations located in the front car park of the hotel, by the main road. Each station has two plugs, so a maximum of 4 cars can be charged at once. Please note that guests will need to provide their own charging cable. Stations are only available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be pre-booked. You’ll find our reception, restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Access to the upper floors is via staircase (we don’t have a lift, sorry).

We have a drying room for wet gear and a bike rack outside.

All of our rooms are non-smoking, with smoking being prohibited inside the building too. Smoking inside our rooms will incur an automatic £250 charge (making it the most expensive cigarette you have ever had).
